William Scull, Founder

Bill Started in the music industry in 1970 as a promoter for such legendary labels as Polydor and Elektra/Asylum. 
He also worked with Clive Davis as he launched Arista Records.

Clive taught Bill “the value of the song” & nothing is more important than the song and in 1980 Bill founded TRI-State Promotions & Marketing.

That value is carried by Tri-State Promotions to this date. 

Bill passed away after his long battle with cancer in November 2010.

His positive winning attitude still guides us every day.
